Justo L. Fernandez carries over 40 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, showcasing a versatile skill set encompassing deal structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, evaluating, development, financial modeling, and market research of both residential and commercial property types. Prior to his transition into development, Mr. Fernandez spent 30 years in the Financial Industry contributing his expertise at Mercantil Commercebank where he held the position of Executive Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Division Manager. Among his responsibilities, Mr. Fernandez led the Florida, New York and Houston markets’ growth, crafting and implementing impactful business strategies aimed at fostering the Bank’s domestic footprint whilst managing a loan portfolio exceeding $1.6 billion. Justo has been an integral part of the Latin Builder's Association for the past two decades. His active involvement has significantly contributed to the organization's growth and success while playing a pivotal role in the development of South Florida communities. As an owner at Alcazar Development Group, Mr. Fernandez continues to leverage his industry knowledge and multifaceted skill set to drive success and innovation in real estate ventures.
